An established industry player is seeking a Departmental Analyst to analyze and evaluate project functions using Quality Assurance checks. This role involves managing user licenses for a customized scheduling software and assisting with training materials. This position analyzes and evaluates routine functions, such as using the Quality Assurance (QA) check to determine baselining (reviewing a project schedule before posting) or sending targets to JobNet for Change Requests. It provides basic support to internal users of Planisware, a customized off-the-shelf software used for scheduling, reporting, and monitoring transportation projects.
The role involves managing user licenses and requests for new users, including adding or removing users based on employment status. Additionally, the position assists the Planisware Recognized Resource Analyst and Support Team with updating training materials, reviewing routine reports for accuracy, and ensuring project management guidance documentation is clear. Cross-training with data management positions to improve reporting within the division is also part of the responsibilities.
The listed salary range reflects the minimum at the entry (9) level through the maximum at the experienced (P11) level. Candidates will be reviewed to determine the appropriate level based on education and experience.
