Capital Health is seeking an administrative assistant to support multiple departments. You will greet patients, verify information for testing, and schedule appointments to maintain smooth department flow.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; transcriptionist experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and data accuracy are essential for success in this position.

The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).
Pay Range: $18.21 - $22.74

SUMMARY (Basic Purpose of the Job) Performs administrative activities within established guidelines to support multiple department operations. Coordinates workflow to support and ensure smooth operation within multiple departments.
