Capital Health is seeking an administrative support professional to perform a range of duties that keep multiple departments running smoothly. You will greet patients, verify information, schedule tests, and manage schedules and documentation within the EMR system.
The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of related experience, with transcriptionist experience preferred. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy.

SUMMARY (Basic Purpose of the Job)
Performs administrative activities within established guidelines to support multiple department operations. Coordinates workflow to support and ensure smooth operation within multiple departments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED.
One year of related experience. Transcriptionist experience preferred
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Detail oriented. Ability to spot inconsistencies in data. Good understanding of English language. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills.
