Capital Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments with efficient, accurate data entry and scheduling. You will greet patients, verify information, and coordinate testing workflows to ensure smooth department operations.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; transcriptionist experience is a plus. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).
Pay Range: $18.21 - $22.74
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
