Job summary

Emplify Health seeks a Department Supply Technician in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers 20 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday with dayshifts, starting between 7 and 8 a.m., four-hour shifts, and no weekends or holidays.

You will manage inventory, order, receive, stock, and distribute medical supplies across hospital and clinic locations, collaborating with clinical teams and vendors to keep patient care running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years minimum previous experience in an inventory or supply chain related role.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed to support patient care.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment, and other essential products throughout hospital and clinic locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, product usage, expirations, and recalls maintaining compliance and preventing supply disruptions.
• Partner with clinical teams, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve inventory processes, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Department Supply Technician to join our growing and thriving organization. This role serves as a critical link between Supply Chain and Patient Care teams, ensuring clinical departments have the products, equipment, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.

What's Available:

• 20 hours weekly, part-time
• Shift: Monday-Friday, dayshifts, start time between 7-8am, 4-hour shifts

• Department: Distribution (Supporting Orthotics unit)
