Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Central Service Distribution Aide to support patient care by delivering and stocking supplies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma is necessary. You will rotate among supply and equipment delivery tasks, assisting nursing, OR, and clinic staff, with shift differentials and a 40-hour week. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Responsibilities

• Clean and redistribute moveable medical equipment throughout the hospital.
• Unbox and stock nightly deliveries of supplies in hospital storage rooms and the OR.
• Ensure the accuracy of supplies within emergency carts and kits by replacing used or expired items.

What's Available:

• Shift: Monday-Friday: 10:30PM - 7:00AM
• Every third weekend and some holidays: 10:30PM - 7:00AM
• Location: Main Campus - La Crosse
• Department: Distribution
• Shift differentials!
• This position has an 8/80 hour flex overtime computation.

• Rotate among several supply & equipment delivery tasks, with frequent changes in priority:

• Clean and redistribute moveable medical equipment throughout the hospital.
• Unbox and stock nightly deliveries of supplies in hospital storage rooms and the OR.
• Ensure the accuracy of supplies within emergency carts and kits by replacing used or expired items.
