Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities with your Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote products to customers.
• Promote and drive usage of the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain correct fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Handle admin routines for people and operations correctly.
