American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) is seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronics Engineer IV to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division. You will troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems, assemble and repair mechanical assemblies, and validate system performance for DoD programs.

A B.S. in Electrical/Electronics from an ABET-accredited program is required along with 10+ years of relevant experience and an active DoD SECRET clearance.

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems to identify root causes of failures and performance issues.
• Assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies in support of program requirements.
• Perform diagnostic testing and validation of systems and components.
• Document findings, repair actions, and disposition decisions in accordance with program standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support system integration and sustainment efforts.
• Support technical reviews and provide SME input to government stakeholders and program leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and technical standards.

Description

ATSI is seeking a highly experienced Electrical/Electronics Engineer IV to support engineering efforts for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane). The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience troubleshooting systems and assembling, repairing, testing, and dispositioning mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems to identify root causes of failures and performance issues


• Assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies in support of program requirements


• Perform diagnostic testing and validation of systems and components


• Document findings, repair actions, and disposition decisions in accordance with program standards


• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support system integration and sustainment efforts


• Support technical reviews and provide subject matter expertise to government stakeholders and program leadership


• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and technical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution (Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field)


• 10+ years of relevant experience


• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systems and assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies


• Active DoD SECRET clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline


• TS/SCI clearance preferred
