American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) seeks a senior System Administrator IV to support NSWC Crane operations.

The role requires hands-on system and network administration, CSWF compliance, and experience enabling Live, Virtual, and Constructive events with various engines and simulators. The ideal candidate has a DoD secret clearance, a BS from an ABET-accredited program, and 10+ years in sysadmin roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ABET-accredited institution in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of systems administration experience.
• Must be part of the Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF).
• DoD cybersecurity policies awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain systems and networks in support of program operations.
• Support Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) events and integration of engines and simulators.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues with engineering and IT teams.
• Maintain CSWF requirements compliance and applicable DoD policies.
• Support technical reviews, exercises, and events needing system administration expertise.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and program leadership on system status and risks.

ATSI is seeking a highly experienced System Administrator IV to support systems administration efforts for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane). The ideal candidate is a member of the Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF) with hands-on experience supporting Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) events and integrating constructive engines and simulators.

• Administer, configure, and maintain systems and networks in support of program operations
• Support Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) events, including integration of various constructive engines and simulators
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security across supported environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, coordinating with engineering and IT teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF) requirements and applicable DoD cybersecurity policies
• Support technical reviews, exercises, and events requiring system administration expertise
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and program leadership on system status and technical risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution (engineering, computer science, or related technical field)
• 10+ years of experience in systems administration
• Must be part of the Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF)
• Experience with LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) events and integration of various constructive engines and simulators
• Active DoD SECRET clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• TS/SCI clearance preferred
