Job summary

K&B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Las Vegas, seeks a Department Manager to lead/day-to-day operations, oversee technicians and office staff, and drive profitability while delivering top quality service. You’ll manage budget, performance reviews, and training, with travel required during training.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus a willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products preferred.
• Excellent communication, strong organization, and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department.
• Develop and supervise field technicians/installers and office personnel to deliver top service while controlling labor costs and maximizing profit.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer interactions to provide a positive experience.
• Budget and P&L responsibility with effective cost control.
• Improve performance through regular reviews and contribute to hiring and training.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
