Job summary

K&B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc. branch, seeks a Department Manager to lead a busy team in Las Vegas. You will manage daily operations, drive performance, and ensure top-notch service while controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, plus experience managing field technicians and office staff. Travel during training is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with repair/installation services is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage field technicians and office staff toward goals.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day department operations.
• Develop and lead field techs and office staff to top service and profit.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, under budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage customer interactions for positive experiences.
• Oversee budgets and P&L, controlling labor and material costs.
• Improve performance through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
