Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring great customer experience and organized Drive-Thru and McCafé areas.
• The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring great quality food, safety, and cost control.
• The People Department Manager’s responsibilities may include hiring, training, and scheduling crew to meet goals.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Ensure guest experience is strong in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and production procedures in the kitchen.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals.
