SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, inventory control, and growth. You will help develop the team, ensure customer value, and contribute to financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail nursery/landscape, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and process improvement. Opportunities for advancement and robust benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail nursery, irrigation and/or landscape industry preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation and team building preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Responds to and resolves more complex questions and issues, utilizing experience and greater knowledge of products and customer base.
• Proactively identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Understanding of sales and operations planning process.
• Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt, and encourage others to learn and adopt, new technologies and ways of working.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of market preferences, competition, regulations and trends.
• Higher education degree preferred
• High School or secondary diploma or equivalent required

• Monitor key performance metrics to assess daily, weekly and monthly progress and to track improvement initiatives.
• Work with Branch Manager to review performance metrics to track progress.
• Partner with leadership and Field Support to understand the impact of emerging technologies and ways of working on business performance, and actively support their implementation.

Position Overview
