Responsibilities

Heart of House Department Manager:

• Manage all food and product matters in the HOH area, including staff planning and development.
• Maintain a safe environment and improve bottom line profitability through revenue and labor management.
• Assist the General Manager with overall restaurant operations and oversee shift‑by‑shift execution.

Bar Department Manager:

• Supervise bar operations, including beverage inventory, ordering, and Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop bartenders and bar servers, maintaining safe operation and profitability.
• Implement bar sales incentives and manage bar cost tools.

Hospitality Manager:

• Oversee dining room service and hospitality team planning and development.
• Maintain a safe environment and manage guest experiences.

General Department Manager duties include:

• Staffing, succession planning, recruiting, hiring, orientation, and ongoing development of team members.
• Creating schedules within labor guidelines and implementing incentive programs.
• Providing performance feedback, appraisals, and coaching to direct reports.
• Managing guest comment and quality operations programs (GEM, QSCs).
• Conducting administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory, and end‑of‑day procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment and inventory levels.
• Analyzing profit and loss data, creating action plans for problem areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• High motivation, self‑directed, results driven, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and late shifts.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• High school education or equivalent. Skill with basic mathematical computations.
