McDonald’s Corporation and its franchisees are seeking a Department Manager to lead shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Cordova, TN. You will supervise guest service, kitchen, and people functions to ensure excellent customer experiences and operational efficiency.

This role requires previous managerial experience, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Compensation includes competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Formación

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Service Department Manager duties: ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that service areas are organized for best service.
• Kitchen Department Manager duties: ensure high-quality food, safety, and that food cost is controlled.
• People Department Manager duties: hire, train and schedule qualified crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and motivate staff.
