Harmon Family McDonald's is seeking a proactive Shift Manager for our Suffolk, VA restaurants to lead people, product and equipment on busy shifts, delivering Quality, Service, Value and Cleanliness.

You will train and coach team members, uphold brand standards, and drive continuous improvement. Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package are included.
