Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
  • Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management).
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers.
  • For the Guest Service Department Manager, ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru organized.
  • For the Kitchen Department Manager, ensure high‑quality food, safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff on new items.
  • For the People Department Manager, hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff.
Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
