Job description

We are hiring a Department Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems; setting goals; delegating tasks to teams; following up and reporting results.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure the delivery of high quality food quickly, maintain safety, control food cost, keep the kitchen clean, and train staff in production procedures including new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and engage employees through motivation and recognition.
• Service Department Managers ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer service experience, execute sales promotions, train service procedures, and keep the Front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas organized for optimal service.

Requirements

Previous managerial experience is necessary to effectively perform the functions within a Department Management Position, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise owned restaurants.
