Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Department Manager to lead a designated store department and deliver a memorable customer experience while meeting sales, profit, and operating goals. The role oversees staff performance, loss prevention, merchandising, and the execution of promotional strategies.

You will drive shrinkage control, mentor employees, and ensure visual standards and brand presentation across the department in a fast-paced retail environment.
