Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers also lead departments, creating responsibility for:

• Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results.

Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Proper execution of sales promotions.
• Training staff in service procedures.
• Maintaining organization of Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.

Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include:

• Delivering high‑quality food quickly.
• Ensuring food safety and cost control.
• Training kitchen staff in production procedures.

People Department Manager responsibilities include:

• Hiring qualified crew, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.
• Providing positive onboarding and recognition.

Qualifications
