Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew deliver great customer experience, sales promotions, staff training, and organization of the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures quality food is delivered quickly, food safety is maintained, costs are controlled, and staff are trained on production procedures.
• The People Department Manager ensures hiring, training, scheduling, and crew motivation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
