This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Some managers also lead Departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions effectively, train all service staff on service procedures, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them well, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates crew throughout their time working at the restaurant.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and the passion to work the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
