The Department Lead, Operations is a hands-on operational team member responsible for supporting daily production activities within an assigned functional area. This role serves as a working lead who helps coordinate workflows, provides floor-level guidance, supports training activities, and assists the Supervisor, Operations in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and customer service objectives.
The Department Lead actively participates in operational work while serving as a resource for team members, helping resolve routine issues, monitoring workflow progress, and communicating operational concerns to the Supervisor.
