Job summary

Heritage Auctions in Dallas seeks a detail-oriented team member to process incoming consignments, open packages, label contents, and create electronic reports for each item. The role requires strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling diverse consignments.

You will communicate with clients, research consignments, manage inventories, assemble information packets, and assist the Consignment Directors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a customer service position or industry.

Responsibilities

• Create an electronic report for the consignment.

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process incoming consignments accurately and efficiently, including:

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required
• Experience in a customer service position or industry

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail
• The individual may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position may require overnight travel based on business needs.
