With more than 120 attorneys across five California offices, LCW is seeking a Department Coordinator to support the firm’s Marketing, Training, and Practice Growth Strategy functions from its Los Angeles office.
The Department Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support across the department’s training, marketing, and practice growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys managing details, supporting multiple projects, and working collaboratively with attorneys, colleagues, clients, and vendors. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
This full-time position is based in LCW’s Los Angeles office and follows a 37.5-hour workweek. The position is onsite during the first 90 days and eligible for a hybrid schedule afterward.
Occasional travel outside the Los Angeles area by car or air, including overnight travel, is required to provide onsite registration support for the firm’s annual conferences. The position also requires the ability to move containers weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
