Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Department and Clinical Operations Manager for the Divisions of Generalists, MFM, Urogyn, REI, GynOnc, and Research. The role oversees operational, administrative, clinical, and research activities to align with departmental priorities.

Responsibilities include directing divisions, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with leadership on financial planning and program growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health or business related field.
• Requires at least five or more years experience within a health care setting with a minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational and administrative functions of the divisions and research.
• Provide administrative leadership to support efficient division and departmental operations.
• Ensure compliance with School of Medicine, Campus, and University policies.
• Oversee training, evaluations, and compliance requirements.
• Develop policies, workflows, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with division leadership to address operational challenges.
• Partner with financial leadership on budgeting and planning.
• Lead research and clinical operations planning and space/resource management.
