Qualifications

• Knowledge of government budgeting and fiscal analysis.
• Experience with grants from federal, state, regional or local sources.
• Familiarity with CIP budgeting and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional analytical, fiscal, grant administration and compliance support.
• Administer federal, state, regional and local grants through the funding lifecycle.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance activities for public works projects.
• Develop procedures, training and process improvements; assist with audits.
