Rapid Medical is seeking a contract courier driver in Wellington, CO 80549, to manage daily stop routes for our lab, clinic, and health system clients. You will use our driver app for navigation, schedule, and real-time support, photographing pickups/deliveries and logging proof of delivery.

Temperature control handling may be required. The role requires a valid driver’s license, active insurance, a decent driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus - not required.

Responsabilidades

• Run your stops using our driver app with navigation, scheduling, and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures (room, refrigerated, or frozen).
• Contact dispatch immediately if items are damaged or mis-packaged.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route - mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
  
• Weekly bonus: $20-$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
