Job summary

Rapid Medical in Longmont, CO is seeking independent contractor drivers for local route work. You will use our driver app to manage stops, capture proof of delivery, and ensure proper temperature handling.

Requires a personal vehicle, valid license, active insurance, 21+, reliable and punctual with attention to detail. Training provided; onboarding support. All-inclusive per-route pay includes mileage and expenses, plus bonuses after 30 days of active service.

Responsibilities

• Run your stops using the driver app with navigation and real-time support.

Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems — operating across various states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running.

Total Miles: 65

Rate: $85

Sign-On Bonus $150

Start location:Longmont CO, 80504

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Training bonus: $85 paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Incentive: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off

What You'll Need

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR)
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
• 21+ years old
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus — not required
