Job summary

Intelligent Wellhead Systems (IWS), a Pason company, seeks a full-time Shop Assistant to join the Denver, CO team. The role supports a manufacturing environment, with responsibilities including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and basic assembly.

You will work Monday to Friday, with overtime as required, reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and are comfortable lifting heavy items and operating

Qualifications

Basic computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities while under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Assist Shop Supervisor with daily upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment.
Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Manage inventory, counting, scanning and replenishing.
Perform assets/inventory audits regularly.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely.
Assist with basic assembly and general labor tasks.
Maintain shop cleanliness and daily safety checklist.
Travel up to 25% to other shop locations as needed.
