Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidates with employment litigation and some labor experience will be considered.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be: $210,000 - $230,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
