No roofing experience is required; you will be taught the sales process and project coordination from start to finish. Expect a high-earning potential with paid training in Dallas, TX and the opportunity to advance into leadership as you grow your career

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; we'll teach you the industry and sales process.
• Paid training includes a 180-day program in Dallas, TX before Denver launch.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to be coached are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach.
• Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage.
• Take photos and document potential damage.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed.
• Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion.
• Build relationships and generate referrals.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
