Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across the DFW area and seeks motivated sales professionals to manage storm-restoration projects. No roofing experience required; we provide paid training, mentorship, and the tools to succeed.

As a Sales & Project Manager, you will canvass, build homeowner relationships, guide insurance claims, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and competitive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• No roofing experience required; attitude, work ethic and coachability matter.

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• Inspect and educate homeowners about restoration.
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build your pipeline by generating referrals and creating long-term relationships in your territory.
