You will use data-driven insights to meet service levels and targets while building relationships with key stakeholders in your territory.

Role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent, 3–5 years in financial services, FINRA registrations, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years relevant financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations within timeline; fingerprinting required.
• Based in Denver, CO; bilingual in Spanish may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations for participants.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in assigned territory.
• Conduct one-on-one and group meetings using virtual and on-site formats.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Create and execute plans to drive retirement income objectives for participants.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
