Qualifications

Experience in Residential Real Estate, Design or Architecture with a strong understanding of residential design/build processes and local market dynamics.
Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to present concepts to homeowners and internal teams.
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and guiding clients through complex decisions.
Proven Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Demonstrated Sales skills, such as lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing residential project agreements.
Relevant experience in construction, architecture, interior design, or project development is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or project tracking tools; familiarity with design or construction software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as real estate, business, architecture, construction management) or equivalent practical experience.
