Qualifications
- ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
- 10+ years civil engineering experience.
- PE license in the hiring state and NCEES certification.
- Proven leadership and regional business development experience.
- Experience with land development, transportation projects, and municipal engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a regional civil engineering team of EITs and PEs.
- Manage a personal portfolio of civil engineering projects from proposal to delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Denver market.
- Provide oversight and quality control for plans, calculations, reports, and specifications.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
