Job summary

Flock Homes, Inc. is hiring a Property Management Analyst in Denver to join the property and resident operations team. You will be the main contact for residents, managing records and delivering a positive resident experience.

You will handle tenant questions, rent demands, housing programs, security deposits, HOA notices, and utilities, following playbooks and escalating risks as needed. This is an in-person role at our Denver office.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property management.
• Appfolio experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the resident relationship day to day: field inquiries, resolve lease, payment, and account questions.
• Run the delinquency cycle: monitor balances, outreach, and rent demands on timelines.
• Administer Section 8 and other housing programs: paperwork, inspections, rent changes, and compliance issues.
• Own security deposit returns: gather move-out docs and charges, dispositions, and deadlines.
• Own HOA coordination: track notices/violations and coordinate repairs and CC&Rs.
• Keep utilities clean: administer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and audit occupancy/vacancy.
