Job summary

BSA is seeking a motivated Mechanical or Architectural Engineering student for a Summer 2027 internship in Denver, CO. You will participate in design idea development, prepare working drawings from sketches and specifications, and assist in client presentations.

You will join multidisciplinary teams, attend client meetings, and visit construction sites to gain hands-on experience. This internship emphasizes learning, collaboration with professionals, and contributing to meaningful projects.

Qualifications

• Will be a current student of an accredited Mechanical or Architectural Engineering program during Summer 2027
• Familiarity with Revit, 3D CAD, SketchUp preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows environment and MS Office Suite desired

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of design ideas based on appearance, function, serviceability and client specs
• Prepare working drawings from sketches and design specs
• Prepare client presentations and materials
• Join project design meetings to see multidisciplinary collaboration
• Attend client meetings and visit construction sites
• Participate in site surveys to gather field data
