Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team that shapes agents' branding from concept through implementation. This role is 100% in-office in the Denver, CO Cherry Creek office.

You will collaborate with in-house marketing, agent experience, and creative teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure cohesion between the Compass brand and agents' marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience
• Ability to float between Cherry Creek and Denver offices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in real estate marketing and/or luxury brands a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and manage systems for team communications and processes
• Provide outstanding client service to agents as their accountability partner
• Coordinate delivery of custom design projects with the design team
• Monitor marketing initiatives and analyze results to improve future campaigns
• Develop marketing plans to maximize agents' budgets and ROI across multiple channels
