Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–3 years of personal injury or legal experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of 100–150 cases.
• Grow relationships with attorneys and medical providers.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients and providers to ensure quality service.
• Coordinate medical appointments and review medical records.
• Assess funding decisions up to $10K and document rationale.
• Work with team to meet service levels and revenue goals.
