Job summary

Libra Solutions is looking for a skilled Case Coordinator with legal or medical experience. A Case Coordinator evaluates prospective cases and makes funding decisions based on merits, while communicating Libra’s process and mission to the legal and medical communities.

This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office. A high school diploma, 1–3 years in personal injury or legal work, and strong customer service and time management are preferred. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-3 years of personal injury industry or legal experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Exemplary customer service and time management.
• Organized and ability to prioritize well.
• Thrives in team environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and life cycle of a case.
• Ability to assess overall case metrics, build/maintain relationships with law firms and make timely decisions independently and with help from supervisor.
• Must be able to work in-office in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of 100-150 cases.
• Grow relationships with attorney firms and medical providers.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients and medical providers to ensure best care and service.
• Manage medical treatment for accident victims, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, analyzing medical records, and arranging transportation.
• Assess and make funding decisions to $10K.
• Maintain workflow through prioritization of daily and weekly tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service levels and revenue goals are met.
• Occasionally assist with training new team members.
