You will manage an active caseload, grow relationships with law firms and medical providers, and ensure service levels align with revenue goals.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years in personal injury or legal settings, and preferred Spanish bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of personal injury or legal experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and time management.
• Organized with strong prioritization.
• Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and life cycle of a case.
• Ability to assess metrics and build relationships with law firms; make timely decisions with supervisor help.
• Must work in-office in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of 100–150 cases.
• Grow relationships with attorney firms and medical providers.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients and medical providers to ensure best care and service.
• Coordinate medical treatment: scheduling, reviewing records, arranging transportation.
• Assess and make funding decisions up to $10K.
• Prioritize daily and weekly tasks to maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.
• Assist training of new team members as needed.
