Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring an In-Home Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives in the Denver area. You will act as a Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from the GM, Sales Trainers, and operations professionals.

You will review appointments, drive at least three in-home visits per week, and continuously improve sales processes while aligning with company culture and the Top Workplaces recognition.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge and a proven track record of In-Home Sales success.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review sales appointments scheduled by Inside Sales teams and adjust accordingly.
• Run a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments per week.
• Lead and coach the In-Home Sales Representatives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Prepare and lead a weekly sales team meeting.
• Interact with company managers to support and improve the customer journey.
