Job summary

SAWOO GmbH is seeking an events liaison to prepare, execute, and follow-up on monthly networking meetups in Denver for high-level executives. You will print and organize name tags, greet guests, manage check-in, and assist the host with on-site needs.

You will also photograph and film portions of the event, collect exit questionnaires, and help compile feedback and participant data for post-event reporting. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
• Confident interaction with international guests and executives.
• English at native level.
• Highly proactive and capable of taking initiative.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail in prep and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials: name tags, questionnaires, host materials.
• warmly greet guests, manage check-in, and verify participant list.
• Capture photos for social media and film the introduction round.
• Ensure venue preparations and adherence to the event agenda.
• Coordinate follow-up tasks: questionnaires, updated lists, and uploads.
