SAWOO is seeking an experienced events facilitator in Denver to prepare, execute, and follow up on monthly executive meetups. You will handle logistics, guest welcome, and on-site coordination at fine dining venues, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in upscale hospitality, strong interpersonal skills with international guests, and native English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
• Ability to interact confidently with international guests and executives.
• Native-level English.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to attend monthly Denver meetups at city-center venues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each meetup: name tags, questionnaires, materials.
• Warmly welcome guests and manage check-in.
• Ensure food/drink service and guest preferences are met.
• Coordinate with host and venue staff throughout the event.
• Take photos and record introductions for follow-up.
