MPI is seeking a Superintendent in Denver to lead ground-up and renovation projects for a respected commercial contractor. You will supervise field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety standards on complex projects across education, healthcare, office, and commercial sectors.

You will collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to maintain schedules, drive milestones, and document progress with precise daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects within education, healthcare, office, or commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction safety requirements and best practices.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and construction management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and scheduling activities.
• Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive project schedules and identify solutions to maintain milestones.
