Job summary

TAG Refrigeration Colorado seeks a Construction Foreman to lead commercial refrigeration and HVAC construction projects in and around the Denver, CO area.

You will manage field crews, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, read plans, monitor schedules, and drive on-site performance. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years in construction, 3–5 years in foreman roles, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• 3–5 years in a Construction Foreman or lead role.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and supervise daily on-site activity.
• Plan work sequences and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and project schedules.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.
• Direct staffing levels and equipment utilization.
• Communicate progress and risks to project leadership.
• Enforce company safety programs and site rules.
