Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Foreman to lead field crews on commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation projects.

You will serve as the technical lead, directing apprentices and journeymen while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction or HVAC, strong leadership, excellent organization and communication, and the ability to work independently in active job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or related trade experience.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and labor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead field teams.
• Comfortable working in active construction environments and performing physical fieldwork.
