Zero Homes in Denver is seeking a high-energy Senior Recruiter to scale our team as we build a nationwide home upgrade platform. You will own the candidate lifecycle from initial outreach at events to securing offers, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership.

You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, growth, and operations roles, partner with leaders to benchmark compensation, and lead Denver brand-building initiatives to attract local talent while shaping our

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Ability to source for diverse roles from Software Engineers to Field Technicians and Project Managers.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse) and equity tools (Carta).
• Strong communication and ability to partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Execution: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical (Software/Eng), General (Sales/Growth), and Ops (Field/Trade) roles.
• Calibration & Benchmarking: Partner with Leadership to build and maintain internal compensation and equity bands using real-time Denver market data.
• Denver Brand Building: Represent Zero Homes at local career fairs, university events (Mines, CU, CSU), and trade schools; build a warm talent pipeline.
• In-House Community Hosting: Lead strategy and execution for in-house meetups and networking mixers to attract local talent.
• Scaling Metrics: Track and report on Pipeline Velocity, Offer Acceptance Rate, Referral %, and Time-to-Productivity.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate leaves with a strong impression of Zero Homes.
