Based in our Denver office, you will contribute to healthcare, education, and civic work, oversee design development, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment through collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Project Architect on complex projects.
• Set direction for project goals, scope and method development.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients and contractors.
• Mentor younger staff and contribute to team performance.
• Coordinate technical aspects including detailing and building performance.
• Develop fee proposals and contracts; oversee design-build and other delivery forms.
